Refund policy

Returns within the US: 

Don't love it? No problem. We offer returns on full priced, unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date. If we receive your return 30-60 days after the delivery date, you can exchange it or receive store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 60 days.

We stand by our jewelry and offer complimentary repairs/replacements within 60 days. After 60 days, repairs are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: fashion jewelry may naturally tarnish or show wear over time. This is not a defect and is not eligible for return after the return period

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days from the refund issuing date to allow your bank time to process the refund. 

We can provide you with a return label for $5, or you may send your item back via the method of your choosing. If you choose your own method, you are responsible for tracking the item as we cannot process returns that are lost in the mail and not trackable. 

All sale, custom, vintage, and fine jewelry items are final sale.

International Returns: 

Our international return policy is the same as above. We can provide an international return label for $25. Please email us to help you process the return.
